Start with a conversation.

What to put in the first message.

Nothing formal. A few lines on where you are is enough to make the first call useful rather than exploratory.

• What kind of operation it is, and roughly how many properties or units
• What is not working — or what change you are considering
• Which systems you run today, if that is part of it
• Whether there is a date you are working towards

We reply within one working day. If the problem is not one we are the right people for, we will say so and point you somewhere better where we can.
